Sharing his views, the 3x Arnold Classic winner said, “So people do cardio for different reasons to stay lean or push metabolism. I do it for all those reasons, but I also do it to kind of day think about what my processes are.” Thus, for him doing cardio is not just about staying lean. He has more reasons that keep him motivated.

The bodybuilding champ revealed, “30 minutes of acid cardio every day. It’s just my meditation.” When it comes to staying fit, Jay is never ready to compromise. He may have retired professionally from the sport, but his love for bodybuilding remains unquestioned.
