This time, he wrote in his recent edition of the newsletter to let his fans know about his ‘Fit to 50’ campaign. Revealing his wish to motivate people, Cutler got candid with his fans.

Jay Cutler shares insights on his campaign

In his latest newsletter, Cutler talked about his “Fit to 50” transformation. He wrote, “I want to talk about why I am doing this now, and the meaning behind it. Of course, I have kept myself in shape all of these years, so I don’t “need” to do this. ” The former IFBB icon further stated that the most important reason behind going through the process is to encourage others to take the opportunity to press forward and improve.

Cutler felt it to be a healthier and funnier way to communicate with people and to inspire them to take care of their health. Stating the reason behind his new venture, the legend wrote, “There are not many guys who have won Olympia titles, and still have their health at almost 50, and have the capacity to maintain a great physique into their 50s – I want to be that guy, and I want to show you what is possible too.”

In fact, to get a better result, Cutler has cut down his caffeine intake and quit doing cardio to be bigger.
