Chris Bumstead won his fourth consecutive Mr. Olympia title in 2022, on the biggest stage in bodybuilding. After months of dedicated hard work, Bumstead was able to achieve it. He also stated that it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of his fans and family.

Just after winning his fourth title, Chris Bumstead got emotional. He thanked his fiance, Courtney King, because she has been with him through all of his ups and downs. It was a wholesome moment that he shared.

Just hours after winning, Chris Bumstead on his Instagram story tagged his fiance, posting, “Wasn’t joking about the post show egg white mug cake @courtneykiing.” The 4-time champ wasn’t joking around. He was serious about his cheat meals post-win. He devoured the egg-white mug cake after dominating the stage.

The champ enjoyed his meal with no concerns, as he has already proved himself to be worthy of the nickname “King of Classic Physique” four times. i.e., in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. The Canadian isn’t just backing off yet. He even mentioned that he will be back stronger than this year at the next Mr. Olympia in 2023.

Courtney King filled Chris Bumstead with confidence

Chris Bumstead didn’t have much of a social life because he sacrificed it and dedicated his life to bodybuilding. After placing 2nd in 2017 and 2018, the Canadian bodybuilder was ready to make his big move.

He got all of his confidence from his fiance, who was also his girlfriend at the time. In 2018, they met each other and started dating. Courtney King is also a big name in the fitness world. She has a career as a bikini model, fitness trainer, and bodybuilder.
