From bodybuilding workouts to Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit, Tia-Clair Toomey has excelled in every discipline she has tried. The Australian is the most dominant female athlete in CrossFit history. However, on December 24, 2022, the six-time CrossFit champion announced a slight change of plans for the 2023 competitive season because she was pregnant. However, pregnancy hasn’t stopped Toomey from training. Today, she posted footage of her latest workout.

Despite being pregnant, the ‘Fittest Woman on Earth’ crushed her brutal workout. The Instagram clip showed Toomey doing clean-and-jerks and box jumps. The Youtube video showed that Tommey also did box jump burpees. A day ago, she posted another workout video where she did everything from ring dips, handstand pushups, handstand walks, ring rows, and more.

Despite mentioning that her doctors “prescribed” the workout she did, a fan on the internet showed concern about her unborn baby’s safety.
