Arnold Schwarzenegger admits his mistake

Recently Arnold Schwarzenegger uploaded a video on Instagram where a person is seen working out. In the video’s caption, Arnie wrote, “I love when I see one of my favorite daily newsletter subscribers is making progress and finally doing the full range of motion.” In the video, the Predator actor walks up to a man doing lat pull-downs on an exercise machine at Gold’s Gym. “Finally, you’re doing it perfect. I’m proud of you,” says Arnie as he approaches the man.

Pleasantly surprised, the man finishes his set and gets off the lat pull-down machine as the former Mr. Olympia puts his hand on his shoulders. The man then revealed himself as a student of the legend. “You taught me. Thank you. I wanna be like you,” says the man to the 75-year-old bodybuilding icon. Schwarzenegger then pokes a little fun at the man and says, “For a little bit, I thought that you were hopeless.”

However, the former Mr. Olympia also makes sure his pupil doesn’t get too comfortable after receiving some praise. So he hilariously critiques the man at the end of the video.
