Soon after his injury, the GoT actor kept updating his fans about his health progress, just like he did now.

Today, The Mountain posted another picture of him to put his fans’ minds at ease. Seeing their favorite bodybuilding and strength sports enthusiast speedily recovering, fans as well as accomplished bodybuilders couldn’t keep calm and flocked to the comment section of the post to share their wishes.

Hafthor Bjornsson’s recent health update

This year, Bjornsson decided to come out of his retirement and compete. But on April 15, 2023, he tore his left pectoral muscle while doing a 556-lb bench press during his first powerlifting competition of the year. A few weeks back, he took to his Instagram to talk about his injury and that he had to visit LA to undergo surgery. While the surgery was successful and The Mountain was released from the hospital soon, fans hoped that he would recover very fast.

However, the GoT actor came up with yet another new picture of him with the caption, “Cowboys need a straight beard too!” Here, Bjornsson was seen in a printed beach shirt, a cowboy hat, and holding a trimmer to his beard. Notably, he is the brand ambassador of The Beard Struggle, which sells men’s essential products, and here he was promoting the trimmer.

Nonetheless, seeing his incredible strength and genetics helped The Mountain to fight through his injury, fans swarmed to the comment section of the post to wish to see him again soon. Here is what the fans had to say on his Instagram post.

It’s really a relief for the fans to see Hafthor Bjornsson on the right track after this surgery. As one wrote, “Good for you brother. I’m happy can’t wait to see you back lifting again. You have to heal 1st. It’s gonna take time in therapy but good luck.”
