The advent of social media has been both a boon and a bane for society. While there is much to learn from the veterans of different fields, it has also left room for misinformation to spread. More often than not people try innovative, and at times, peculiar ways to carry out an otherwise mundane task. While sometimes it may be a hack, in other cases, it’s just a hoax to get the viewers’ attention. However, the netizens of the bodybuilding world are not one to be fooled by such stunts.
