The advent of social media has been both a boon and a bane for society. While there is much to learn from the veterans of different fields, it has also left room for misinformation to spread. More often than not people try innovative, and at times, peculiar ways to carry out an otherwise mundane task. While sometimes it may be a hack, in other cases, it’s just a hoax to get the viewers’ attention. However, the netizens of the bodybuilding world are not one to be fooled by such stunts.

While they welcome new ideas and transformations with open arms, they also don’t shy away from calling out unrealistic stunts. One such case came to light recently when a fitness influencer was thrashed for promoting a “wack” workout routine. So, who is this influencer and what did he do?
