Bodybuilding legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s striking physique is idolized by most athletes in the community. On a similar note, American pro wrestler, Trish Gresham revived the Schwarzenegger style on her social media. She recreated one of the legend’s poses from his peaking days. Since Gresham is signed with Impact Wrestling, she is also known by her ring name, Jordynne Grace.

In an Instagram post yesterday, the athlete shared an iconic recreation of the 7x Mr. Olympia’s photo. The capture subtly displayed the monumental architecture of Australia’s Sydney Opera House, also visible in the Austrian’s 70s snap. As tokens of encouragement, fans acknowledged the post with a range of reactions. Let’s take a closer look at the pictures. 

Pro Wrestler’s tribute to Arnold Schwarzenegger

As per the social media update, the 27-year-old donned her posing trunks and showed off her ripped physique. The series of pictures also included The Austrian Oak’s 1974 reference. To match the intricacies, Grace added her photo in black and white as well. Remarkably, her quad muscles seemed more defined and shredded than that of the former pro. 

“The art (2023). The inspiration (1974),” the caption read. For athletes in the fitness industry, their physique is no less than a work of art. Trish obliged her work of art as being inspired by Schwarzenegger. Further, the 2x league World Champion revealed that she couldn’t resist recreating the photo despite being bloated and fatigued from all the traveling.

Therefore, the post’s caption added, “Bloated from travel, tan lines atrocious, three hours of sleep, lots of staring in the park… but I couldn’t not recreate this iconic photo.” Taking to the comments section, fans lauded the wrestler for her feat, most shedding light on her massive quads.

The majority of the reactions indicated their astonishment at Grace’s transformation, while many others also compared the two pictures from her update. One fan wrote, “You’re both my inspirations,” whereas another implied, “Better quads than Arnold!” 

An amusing comment deemed her as the “real terminator.” Other reactions were “Better legs than Mr Olympia damnnn” and “Mini arnold.” Even though most fans compared her to the legend, a few of them admitted to having witnessed her mind-blowing journey to being shredded and hailed the athlete for the same.

By the same token, a resurfaced image from 1974, featuring Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno teased a similar collation. However, the former appeared tiny in front of the 2x Mr. Universe.
