Recently, an Instagram page posted one of her workout videos while she was performing some forms of push-ups. The video will definitely motivate everyone as it featured the bodybuilder showing off her skills in what she loved to do the most.

76-year-old grandma or a CrossFit pro?

Starting her life with ballet, Bruzzone was always into fitness. She gradually evolved her fitness level and is now becoming a pro in CrossFit. Inspired by people around her in the gym, the math professor never wanted to be defeated by old age. In fact, while talking about what helps her show up every day, the Connecticut resident shared that she never wanted to do what people of her age are doing.

However, recently a page named Gym Legends shared a video of Bruzzone on their social media. The caption read, “Miss Lauren Bruzzone is in her 70’s…so, what’s your excuse?” In that snippet, the grandma was seen balancing on a bosu ball while performing push-ups. In fact, she did some amazing kettlebell push-ups too. It evidently needs a professional to perform those exercises that Bruzzone made look easy.
