Kai Greene disses the myth of bodybuilding

Despite not winning any Sandow trophies in his career, Greene is considered one of the most dominant bodybuilders in the sport’s history. His massive physique and incredible verve made him the arch-rival of 7-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath. The IFBB pro bodybuilder believes in hard work, determination, and resilience. The IFBB pro stated in the video, “It’s going to be up to you to identify yourself for who you are. You will have to identify yourself and the way we do that is by the choices you’re willing to make.” Evidently, that has been the mantra behind his success as well.
