Even Magnus Carlsen is susceptible to blunders in online chess
This is a major issue with online chess. Sometimes the players click at the wrong piece accidentally or sometimes it’s a mouse slip blunder, costing them the entire game. In the post-game interview, the Dutch Grand Masters revealed the cause of his unfortunate blunder. He said, “You either click-click or drag-drag. And I sometimes click a piece and then drag another. I think there should be synergy between the clicking and dragging. The fact that I am both clicking and dragging at the same time, that’s where it goes wrong. I should really stop it.”
