Chloe Kim, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, knows how crucial it is to rank her mental health. Prince Harry spoke with two-time Olympic gold medalist Chloe Kim about her mental and physical health. During his interview with the snowboarder, Meghan Markle’s husband asked Kim, whom he called the “Queen of Snowboarding.” To describe the relationship between the mind and body when it comes to operating at peak performance.
During the interview, Chloe Kim said, “It would be unrealistic for me to expect to go out there and land an amazing run, learn a new trick if I wasn’t feeling good mentally.”

“And I can’t expect myself to perform at my peak when I doubt myself and feel negative emotions. If I’m not feeling good mentally, it will jeopardize my physical health, and they go hand in hand. And, so, for the past couple of years, I’ve just been prioritizing that, listening to my body, and I’m in such a better place.”
 
Chloe Kim claimed she has “high standards” for herself and is hard on herself when she falls short of them. But, she acknowledged that her mental health coach had gotten her through some trying periods.
The Olympic gold medalist has always put her mental health first. After the 2018 Games, she took a full season off to concentrate on her academics at Princeton University and her mental health. Additionally, she decided to stop competing after the 2022 Olympics.

Her career’s initial success occurred back in 2014. Kim was not permitted to compete in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi after qualifying, because there was an age restriction.
She quickly returned, intent on winning the 2014 Winter X Games silver medal. Chloe Kim is one of the best snowboarders. At age 17, she was the youngest woman to win the half-pipe event at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang. She also won two gold medals at the Winter Youth Olympics.
