After enjoying a rather productive spell with the Houston Texans, NFL star, Jonathan Owens takes some time off his schedule to relax. Along with his girlfriend Simone Biles, he attended the Los Angeles Lakers’ game against the Houston Rockets. To no surprise, Owens and Biles were treated to as an insane game of basketball as King James put on an incredible show.

The duo took to Instagram, sharing glimpses of their visit to the Toyota Center. Biles even tried to put in some shots from the free-throw line before the game started. Notably, the Lakers won the game 132-123. In the meantime, LeBron James racked up a triple-double, leaving Owens in awe of his performance.

During the game, the couple was seen hyping up former Rockets small forward Carmelo Anthony who scored some vital points. As Owens is a fan of LeBron, he loved seeing James getting the triple-double. Owens posted an Instagram story of the scoreboard, with James’ stats overpowering the rest. He captioned the story, “Got to see Bron put up a smooth triple-double.”

Indeed, James recorded ridiculous numbers. He finished the day with 32 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists. Likewise, Russell Westbrook racked up another triple-double to bag a comfortable victory for the Lakers. Hence, Owens and Biles enjoyed their visit to the game as the couple took some photographs on the court.

During the game, LeBron bagged another impressive achievement. He became the third player to score 36000 points in the NBA, joining Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Karl Malone on the list. While Kareem has 38, 387 points, Malone sits in second place with 36, 928 points. Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan are ranked fourth and fifth on the list, respectively.

This season, the Lakers lie down in seventh place, with a win-loss record of 17-18. Improvement in performances would be key for them to get an automatic playoff place.
