In a recent Instagram post, Aly Raisman joined hands with a food brand called “Meati.” The six-time Olympic medalist revealed how eating clean was an important lifestyle choice for her. She shared,“ I noticed when I eat processed foods with a lot of sugar I don’t sleep as well & my anxiety spikes. When I learned about Meati I was so excited because it’s mostly MushroomRoot & has very few ingredients.” Impressed by the nutritional value and the brand’s commitment to being animal-free, soy-free, and gluten-free, she decided to join forces with Meati.

She stated, “I’m so excited to be an investor & also partner with Meati because I love eating it & am looking forward to continue this journey of eating clean.” This exciting update and noble cause by the Final Five leader comes just days after she was spotted at a reunion with her girls from the 2016 Rio Olympics.
