“I Wanted to Be…”-Simone Biles Once Revealed Her Dream Job After Gymnastics Career

Gymnast Simone Biles has earned respect and a name for herself with her gymnastics skills. She was just six years old when she started doing gymnastics. However, her performances were extraordinary in the 2016 Olympics.

Before the 2016 Olympics, Simone had an interview with Lloyd Gite. During that interview, Simone discussed her inspiration, where she started, and her future plans.

Simone Biles wanted to be a Nurse

In the interview, Lloyd questioned her plans after gymnastics. To this, Simone Biles replied, “Maybe it was something like a sports business. I wanted to be a nurse, but I’m not so sure yet. I’m just indecisive.”

Then Lloyd asked her how she felt as the number one gymnast; Simone replied, “it makes me feel good and that my hard work is finally paying off. Actually, it was just like I was a very hyperactive kid, and I was messing up a lot of their furniture in the house, and my mom, and we went on a daycare field trip, and then they scouted me out”.

Biles described her experience with gymnastics as a rollercoaster ride. According to her, there were many difficulties, but for her, there were many ups compared to downs. As per her, the most wonderful thing about her carrier was that she joined the USA team and gained the love and support of people. After the 2016 Olympics, many things changed for Simone Biles. She was at the peak of her career.

Plans for Simone after the Tokyo Olympic

As per NBC News, adding to what Simone said earlier about her plans, Simone Biles also revealed that she wanted to “be a mom one day.” Biles loves kids. According to her, it’s amazing to have kids. And it’s regarded as one of the best feelings in the world. If she ever had a kid, she would take some time off to spend with her kids.

Seeing Simone raising her kids proudly will be a pure, cherishable moment. Simone is apparently going to marry NFL player Jonathan Owens in 2023. He proposed to her this February and made their love for each other public. And after taking a break from the Tokyo Olympics, she has been busy spending time with her loved ones.
