No matter who you become or what you accomplish, there will always be some aspects of your life where your parents would still find you inadequate. Even the great Simone Biles couldn’t escape from this. However, she does know how to handle such situations with her parents, Nellie and Ron Biles. As a matter of fact, she dealt with one very firmly.
As a child, Simone Biles had to go through a lot. Her biological mom and dad struggled with drug problems and couldn’t take care of their four children. As a result, Simone and her siblings had to live in foster care until their grandparents adopted the two sisters. She was just six years old when she and her younger sister, Adria, came to live with Nellie and Ron Biles. Ever since Simone has called them mom and dad.

Simone Biles doesn’t want her parents’ opinion on her house
When Nellie and Ron Biles came to see her new house, they were skeptical about the design and interiors. Simone described the scenario by saying, “Even now they come over and they’re like, This isn’t the style of my house I would choose.”

However, the seven-time Olympic medalist was quick to defend her choices and immediately brushed off their opinion. She said, “I’m like, But it’s not your house. It’s mine.”
Perhaps Simone likes to be in charge of her house and this is her way of saying ‘I make the rules here.’ Obviously, she respects her parents’ opinion on matters related to her, just not in this case.
Gymnastics G.O.A.T.’s million-dollar mansion

Although the gymnastics legend revealed in an interview that she has a fear of going broke, it was not something she felt while buying a $2 million mansion in Texas. The house has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half-bathrooms. It also boasts an open floor plan, with a stone fireplace in the living room. Additionally, Simone installed a swimming pool and a Tuscan-styled courtyard to make it more appealing.

Even though it’s expensive, the 25-year-old Simone has given much thought to the overall design of her house. There’s no way she is accepting any criticism for that, and that includes her parents.
