Aimee Boorman’s contribution to Biles’ career

Simone’s first coach, Aimee Boorman, trained her for several years at the World Champions Center in Spring, Texas. One of the facts is that the center was owned by Simone’s parents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Her brother Adam Biles was also the manager. It was probably due to the strict nature of Boorman that the gymnast won the titles of the all-around championship and seven medals in the Olympics.

Boorman had to withdraw her position as Simone’s coach for personal reasons. They announced it during the Rio de Janeiro Olympics in 2016. The legendary gymnast confirmed the news and said Boorman has shifted to Florida for her family.
