As per the social media update, the CBS Sports media personnel iterated that the 37-year-old athlete’s dismay over the news was justified since he contributed to their success for more than a decade. I get it’s a business, but the man spent 16 years with the Kings and is near the end of his career.” Apparently, Quick assisted the team’s prior Stanley Cup wins in 2012 and 2014. He was also honored with an MVP title. Hence, the recent transaction appears as a disgrace to his efforts.
