Some serious motivation conjured up the cause. 

The 19-time NBA All-Star put up a show for money, burning the opposites and inviting some unwanted arguments through his social media appearance in the evening. This time, LeBron James faced the flak from someone who is best known for sharp criticism and wit. 

Dave Portnoy unfurls attack on LeBron James

Saturday night saw LeBron James earning another 40-point game in his 21st NBA season voyage. The win was special to King James as he missed the last Minnesota Timberwolves game that went down the wire in a losing cause. The grinning giant took to his Instagram to share the special moment with a caption, “Somebody come get her ASAP! She trying to blow my damn cover!” The pun-intended post showcased a loathing woman spelling some words that were funnily charmed by LeBron James. That sparked the row from none other than Dave Portnoy. The Barstool Sports CEO shared a post link on his X handle denouncing LeBron’s post with the heading, “Lebron Ends 2023 With the Cringiest Instagram Post of His Career”. 

In LeBron James’ post, the unknown woman can be heard saying, “I am telling you right now that m********k back there is not real and you can sit on this plane”. The lady was pointing toward an inserted image of LeBron’s customary celebration. That insertion was edited and directed to celebrate the inhuman achievement of LeBron James. However, that raged Dave Portnoy for unknown reasons. However, it came as part of another ignominy Dave Portnoy shared with the LA Lakers legend.

The dilemma in Dave Portnoy 

The Stool Presidente once touted that he has a serious beef with LeBron James. The reason never came to the public. Even from time to time, the LA Lakers shared the fiery Dave Portnoy on several occasions. One such came when the mythical NBA club put a banner hanging on the eve of the inaugural IST championship. “The Lakers Really Hung Their In-Season Tournament Banner Next To All Their Championship Banners,” he brandished as part of his attack.
