Seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath’s love life initially was not easy to swerve the bumps. For the unversed, Heath’s wife came into his life after he ended his former marriage with Jennie Laxson in 2015. Moreover, the bodybuilder has always credited Shurie Cremona Heath for bringing him from the darkest days of his life. 

Although Heath does not talk much about his wife, he recently wrote a heart-touching note for Shurie. The bodybuilder explained the value that his wife added to his life. 

Phil Heath explained how lucky he was to be with his wife

Phil Heath has seen it all in his bodybuilding career. The bodybuilder has been through several ups and downs with injuries, wins, and defeats. During his journey, Heath got to uncover truths that come in many forms in his life. Ruminating on his journey, he noticed the way he was surrounded by friends and family when he was in his prime winning Mr. Olympia seven times in a row. However, not many showed up when he claimed second place in 2018. 

During that period, Heath was able to introspect his situations better in order to understand who he was apart from “the man behind the muscles and trophies.” However, he found his calm when he met his present wife, Shurie Cremona Heath.

In his recent Instagram post, the bodybuilder opened up about how his second wife became one of his biggest supporters. He penned a beautiful note for her in his Instagram post,

“God sent me this amazing woman @shuriecremona during the most pivotal time of my life. Shurie always believed in us and never showed fear or weakness in some of our darkest moments. She taught me self-love and acceptance but most importantly she always treated me with respect.”

In the end, Heath also stated that winning and losing is a part of life. Regardless of everything, it is very important to have “a strong, loyal, and amazing woman by your side.” The bodybuilder ended the heart-touching post with an adorable message that read; 

“I love you Mrs.Heath!”

Moreover, this is not the first time Heath has expressed his love for his wife publicly. Previously, he dedicated a few words about how Shurie bettered his life. 

Heath wrote a special message for his wife on her birthday

After his divorce from the beauty influencer Jennie Laxson in 2015, Heath met Shurie. The bodybuilder married the fitness influencer in 2017 and the couple has been going strong since then. On Shurie’s birthday on 21 July 2022, Phil wrote her an adorable birthday message. 

Heath thanked Shurie for coming into his life and making it better. Heath expressed that she was a blessing from God in his life. The bodybuilder would have been miserable without his strong and passionate wife.
