Nick Walker Shows Off His Quads Three Weeks Out of Arnold Classic 2023

Nick Walker is setting the bar high three weeks before the second-most prestigious bodybuilding championship, Arnold Classic 2023. The Mutant, who rose to fame in 2021 with his exemplary performance in the New York Pro and Arnold Classic, has built the most incredible quads ahead of the upcoming championship dated 2– 5 March in Columbus, Ohio. 

In his latest leg workout video, the 28-year-old showed off his pumped quads believing that he is working harder than everyone else. After securing third place in Mr. Olympia 2022, Walker is confident about winning over his competitors and taking away the $300 K cash prize.

Nick Walker has been regularly surprising his fans with glimpses of his well-conditioned physique. As per his latest YouTube video, The Mutant believes in making every training session count ahead of Arnold Classic 2023. Before jumping right into his quad-focused exercise, the young bodybuilder stated, “We got… Maybe like four or five more leg days to go. So, gotta make every one count here. I know everyone’s training hard. So I’ve gotta make sure I’m training a lot harder than them.”

Furthermore, he shared the six major quad-focused exercises that contribute immensely to building his insanely huge and muscular quads. At first, he began with leg extensions. Believing that extensions effectively bring out “real detail in the quads,”  Nick performed a few warm-up sets followed by two sets of 15 reps. Next, he performed slow movements of the Atlantis Pendulum Squats to help muscle hypertrophy.

This was followed by a leg press exercise that he performed with the FST-7 (Fascia Strength Training) principle. Walker wrapped up his quad exercise with walking barbell lunges. Instead of using dumbbells, he used barbells with compound exercises using moderate weights. Following his quad exercises, Walker also performed two hamstring workouts. These were hyperextensions and cable kickbacks and then he was good to go!

However, it seems that fans have already chosen their winner before the championship, and that is Nick Walker. Recently, The Mutant flaunted his drooling muscular and chiseled physique on Instagram which made fans vouch for him as the winner already. Take a look;
