Training under the guided mentorship provided by Hunter’s Edge, the recently turned 14-year-old Grace, as shared by her father, “wants to go up in meters and to be a Grand Prix jumper.” 

After a blazing 2023 filled with major milestones and atop her beautiful horses, Cruise Quality, Bunny, Flurry, Scarface, and even Bernadette, aka Birdie, she was on a break. However, after making a comeback to the ring, she has now entered 2024 with big goals, stirring the internet’s heart.

Grace Wahlberg emerges as a prodigy with her trusty stallion – Bird

In an Instagram post by Grace Wahlberg, the 14-year-old shared a picture with her beautiful “Big B,” Bernadette, aka Birdie. Sharing her exciting comeback with her 5,928 followers, she wrote in the caption of her post, “Very excited to get back in the ring with Bird and for the first time with Cruise this week after a month of work at home!”

Her previous post from December 26th, 2023, hinted at an appearance at Desert International Horse Park, where she declared that “big bird is ready to go be as fast as Max in the desert” referencing the renowned Formula One driver, Max Verstappen. Although no other update has been shared regarding when she will get back to competition, fans swarmed the comment section to express their excitement.

Fan welcome the 14-year-old with wholesome cheer

The comment section of the announcement was flooded with fans who welcomed her back with open arms. One fan wrote, “So excited!!” While another fan expressed, “wishing you guys the best of luck!!!” Her mom, Rhea Wahlberg, also expressed excitement in the comment section, writing, “Whoo-hoo!” One fan excited to see Birdie and Grace clinch victory simply shared their excitement, writing, “Birdddd”. “Awesome little girl,” gushed another person.
