Jennifer Gates’ $51 Million worth new home

The heiress of Microsoft, an equestrian herself, and medical school student, Jennifer Gates is living in an opulent $51 million Tribeca triplex penthouse that has its own plunge pool. According to The New York Post, the purchase was made through a Seattle-based trust which is associated with Gates.

The penthouse is considered to be the building’s “crown jewel”. An apt word for an apartment that has six bedrooms, six baths, two powder rooms, 20-foot-high ceilings, multiple terraces, and two parking spaces. The home is the largest in the building and has its very own personal elevator as well. But Jennifer Gates is no stranger to living in luxurious homes.

The Gates heiress and her expensive homes

After Jennifer Gates graduated from Stanford University, she received a gift of a 124-acre, $16 million Westchester horse farm from her parents. This is where she and the Olympic Equestrian Nayel Nassar got married in October 2021. In 2018, Jennifer Gates was living in a $5 million apartment which is located at 1212 Fifth Avenue. This apartment was once occupied by Carmelo and La La Anthony. However, that unit has been put up for sale now.

443, Greenwich Street, is by far the most luxurious place that Jennifer Gates has stayed in. The building was originally built in 1882. Before being converted into a palatial home for multiple stars, the building had been vacant for 10 years. The amenities that it has to offer are are some of the things that make the price worth it. The building is LEED-certified, which means it meets the sustainability standard. It has staff on-site 24 hours a day, including a doorman and concierge, and a live-in resident manager.
