Foaled on 3rd February 2020, the 3-year-old Thoroughbred racehorse, Forte, has been making waves in the equestrian arena ever since he set foot in the ring. The dark bay colt started participating in the events in the year 2022 and has clinched a hoard full of victories since then. Nonetheless, for his exceptional prowess, the colt is now deemed a ‘superstar’ racehorse by millions across the continents.

Since his racing career began in 2022, Forte has won six competitions. Following his momentous triumph, the 3-year-old has now procured the prominence of a celebrity horse. Interestingly, along with his victories, the colt has earned an opulence of prize money

As per the report of the Winchester Star, the South Gate Fram colt has already won six of the seven elite competitions. Forte began his vocation on 27th May 2022 at Belmont Park in a Maiden Special Weight event. In his debut race, he covered 5 furlongs and clinched his first victory. Then the second big win came on 5th September 2022 at Grade 1 Hopeful Stakes with a total distance of 7 furlongs.

Then he set on his voyage of winning spree and clinched Grade 1 Breeders’ Futurity on 8th October 2022, and Breeders’ Cup Juvenile on 4th November 2022. With the ending of his Two-year-old-season, Forte once again girded up his loins to bag more wins in 2023. Nonetheless, he already triumphed in two big events of the Three-year-old season. First, at Fountain of Youth Stakes on 4th March 2023, and the most recent was the Florida Derby on 1st April. Interestingly, with all the racing events, Forte has now earned a hefty total of $2.4 million.

Now, the next big event in tow for Forte is Kentucky Derby, where he is already ruling the leaderboard with 190 points after his win at Florida Derby. Nonetheless, Forte’s breeder, Amy Moore credits the major wodge of the 3-year-old’s success to Forte’s trainer, Todd A. Pletcher, who was elected to the U.S. Racing Hall of Fame in 2021, and the Puerto Rican jockey, Irad Ortiz Jr., who stood atop the podium with Forte in all the six triumphs.
