It’s been a month full of exuberance, excitement, and elation for the newlyweds Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens. First, they got married in the sunny locale of Cabo San Lucas, then the NFL safety made a staunch career decision, and the gymnastics queen announced the collaboration of the GK Elite leotards with Target. Now, as the month comes to an end, the power couple is off to take a little hiatus.

After signing a contract with the Green Bay Packers, Jonathan Owens has been residing in Wisconsin for work commitments. However, on 26th May, the gymnast flew from Texas to head north to join the NFL safety in Green Bay. Following this, Mr. and Mrs. Owens set off on their voyage to explore the beautiful suburbs of Wisconsin.

On 27th May, Owens took to his Instagram handle to share glimpses of their mini-moon. The football prodigy posted a video and pulled off the curtains from their accommodation. Geo-tagging the post, Owens added ‘Door County’ and penned “Views”.

Interestingly, Door County is a foreland harbored between Green Bay and Lake Michigan. It is known for its long shoreline and crisscrossed trails. Therefore, in the following stills, the pair can be seen enjoying their quality time on a yacht with their close-knit acquaintances.

Nonetheless, after getting married in Houston last month, the couple revealed that they postponed their honeymoon plans until next year, in the wake of the 2023 NFL playoffs. However, the newlyweds found a way to spend their post-wedding shenanigans by taking little getaways here and there.

Mini vacation in Cabo, Houston, and now Wisconsin

Following their grand wedding extravaganza, the gymnast and the NFL champion went on their mini-moon while they were in Mexico. Nonetheless, after coming back to Texas, the newlyweds set off on a little excursion in their hometown and visited CIEL.
