But there are also four new sports added: breaking, sport climbing, skateboarding, and surfing. These sports are chosen to make the Olympics more fun and exciting for young people and showcase the skills of modern athletes who blend athleticism with artistry. Breaking is all about combining athletic moves with artistic expression, and participants, called B-Boys and B-Girls, will perform routines in front of judges, who will score them based on creativity, technique, and style. Meanwhile, speed rock climbing, skateboarding, and surfing were also featured at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and are set to be showcased at the Paris Olympics in 2024 as well. The schedule of the Paris Olympics in 2024

The Paris Olympic Games in 2024 will be filled with exciting competitions spread over two weeks. The first day, which is July 27, will see athletes competing in cycling, judo, fencing, rugby, swimming, diving, and shooting. Skateboarding events will also happen on the same day at the Place de la Concorde. This is when the first medals of the games will be awarded. Two weeks later, on August 9 and 10, the breaking events will take place. During the weekend of August 3 and 4, there will be many finals in sports like tennis, table tennis, fencing, athletics, archery, shooting, artistic gymnastics, and more.

This will be an action-packed time, with champions being crowned in the most popular sporting disciplines. Another exciting part of the Olympics is the swimming and athletics finals. These will happen in the evenings from July 27 to August 4 for swimming and from August 1 to 11 for athletics. Surfing at the Paris 2024 Olympics will also unfold over an exhilarating four-day span spanning from July 27th to August 5th in Teahupo’o, Tahiti, French Polynesia.
