How did Biles do this year?
Among the list was a surprising entry. Despite being off-field since her Tokyo Olympics stint, Simone Biles was one of the top 10 highest-paid female athletes this year. Although the star took a break from her passion, she ended up with more time to focus on the rest of her interests.
Earlier this year, the gymnast received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, along with fellow athlete Megan Rapinoe. She also released her own clothing line and partnered with some organizations to improve the lives of foster children. The Forbes list highlighted some really successful female athletes this year. Hopefully, the coming year highlights more new champions. What are your thoughts about the young skier making it to the Forbes highest-paid athletes list? Let us know in the comments.
