He recently shared a post on his Instagram story that caught the attention of his fans! The 11x World Surf League champion was amazed by a 100-year-old woman setting an extraordinary record! 

He shared a post via Instagram channel Pubity which reveals a centenarian named Ida Keeling has accomplished a rare feat by becoming the fastest woman in 80 years category to complete the 100M race. She finished the race in an unbelievable 1 minute and 17 seconds!

Not just the 100M race, the woman of mettle has also become the fastest U.S. woman of her age to clear the 60M race. The original post read ” Ida Keeling is an inspirational example of how age is just a number and that no matter your age, you can still find ways to stay active and healthy.“

She even managed to awestruck arguably one of the greatest surfers of all time, Kelly Slater! Slater is no exception to inspiring people by setting records. He was a recipient of the Triple Crown of Surfing Champion thrice!
