Sarah Brady, his now ex-girlfriend, has come forward and accused him of controlling her emotionally while they were dating. This information has caused the movie star to be labeled as potentially “toxic” and “manipulative,” revealing the negative aspects of their relationship.

Sarah Brady opened up about her relationship with Jonah Hill and the reasons behind their split in a recent Instagram story. This caused a stir on the internet with various opinions and debates. In a recent story, Brady wrote, “Towards the end of our relationship, when Jonah was running out of ways to manipulate & control me, he started questioning whether my medications for bipolar disorder were working (they were, I told him I speak to my doctor about that)”.

She continued, “he started questioning whether my trauma was causing me to seek male attention & validation, thus causing “our” relationship problems”.  She took to social media, specifically Instagram, to share screenshots of conversations that she claimed were exchanges between her and Hill. These messages quickly became the center of attention, stirring up controversy and shining a light on potential emotional manipulation. The allegations began prior to this post by Sarah Brady.

How the controversy between the exes began

The controversy started early July 2023 when Sarah Brady shared messages where, Jonah Hill expressed discomfort with Brady’s Instagram pictures, claiming they were “triggering” for him. In an attempt to maintain their relationship, he allegedly imposed conditions that seemed peculiar to Brady. She stated that he insisted she refrain from posting pictures of herself in a bathing suit, avoid surfing with male companions, and even sever ties with female friends who were going through difficult times. These conditions were referred to as his boundaries.

The release of the alleged text messages is just the beginning of Sarah Brady’s claims against Jonah Hill. She continued to share more screenshots, shedding light on their post-breakup interactions. In these messages, Brady accused Jonah Hill of engaging in “s*xting” with her after their relationship had ended. The surf champion further emphasized her allegations of emotional abuse and gaslighting during their time together.
