Michael Phelps Once Revealed He Took Help From $600 Million Worth Self-Help Coach’s Podcast to Learn About Himself

Michael Phelps is the best swimmer the world has ever witnessed. His records are almost impossible to break. He has won a total of 28 medals he has won in the Olympics, including 23 gold, three silver, and two bronze, numbers not easy to achieve by any means.

The legend faced mental pressure at many points in his career. Hence, he understands what that pressure feels like. Moreover, after retirement, he is working to grow mental health awareness among people.

The more you open, the better you feel

Michael Phelps was once a person who didn’t like to open up, but it changed drastically once he felt the positive changes. In an interview three years ago, Phelps confessed“I can’t get tired of sharing because I am still learning so much more about myself.”

Phelps further added about an instance with professional speaker Tony Robbins, and said, “I just spoke with Tony Robbins, and he sent me the podcast we did together. And you know, just listening to that, I was able to almost take some of it and dissect it and learn so much about myself.” Notably, Tony is an author cum speaker, who’s very popular for his words globally, gaining him a hefty name as well as net worth.

Phelps is interested in exploring more about himself, he said, “so no, I am continuing to learn just for the stories that I am sharing, and I mean there’s probably still hundreds of thousands of stories that I could still share that will show so many different sides of me in it.”

Opening up relaxes Michael Phelps the most 

Michael Phelps finds sharing his stories and opening up very relaxing. Phelps said, “you know I am in that process, so it is challenging at first to open up, but you know I felt it almost being relaxing more than anything else”.

Although, Phelps wasn’t always like this. He revealed, “you know I was so good at compartmentalizing things and not talking about and stuffing away, and now I am just like the complete opposite you can’t get me to stop talking about it”.
