Before the highly anticipated races, Noah Lyles took to Instagram to share a snapshot of his impressive performance at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix in Boston. He captioned, “Coming For All,” along with the image, igniting excitement and stirring up competition among his followers. He aced the 60-meter event despite being more of a 200-meter guy and ran it in 6.44 seconds, earning a personal best. After the race, staying true to his bold personality, he declared to Lewis Johnson of NBC Sports, “We’re coming after everything.” While all eyes are on Noah Lyles, let us also take a look at the massive contender he is up against, Christian Coleman.

Christian Coleman is a master of the 60m indoor, having broken the record on February 18, 2018, at the 2018 United States Indoor Championships in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At the 2024 Millrose Games, Christian Coleman opened the 2024 season in the men’s 60m in 6.51 seconds, winning the event.
