“I have made my changes. I’ve changed my diet to a carnivore. I’ve made scientific changes to my body. I’ve been recovering even better and I’ve been sleeping a lot better,” the 2x world champion chuckled. He shifted his coaching camp as well. Nowadays, Yohan Blake trains under the tutelage of Michael Frater, after bidding byes to Gregory Little. Blake’s injury-prone nature also seems to settle down, contributing to a more settled situation. Riding on such factors, Usain Bolt’s compatriot is looking to make a return now.

Could Yohan Blake end the American supremacy on track and field?
Yohan Blake missed several chances to showcase his opposition to his American counterparts. In Budapest Worlds, the sprinter missed the berth. Adding to that pain, last year, in the Xiamen Diamond League and Prefontaine Classic, he ended up finishing sixth place. In both those contests, Christian Coleman came as the champion while Noah Lyles took the runner-up in Prefontaine. Noticing this staunch American supremacy, Yohan Blake has vehemently chosen his 2024 season opener.
