With this, the rewarding journey continues for the athlete after the world saw him join Lyles’ training club, Pure Athletics. Rori Drunk, an Olympic medalist took to his X and broke the news. The featuring 24-year-old Godwin’s running image and reads, “The world champion Noah Lyles has confirmed that Elijah Godwin will be heading to Florida to join the Pure Athletics group  (Clapping emoji)”. Among all the comments to the post, one garnered significant attention.

Lyles, just a few hours after this post, chimed in and added a comment to confirm this announcement. He replies, “And joined the Pure Athletic group”. His 6-word addition hails the sports world. Moreover, Godwin isn’t the only star who has stolen the spotlight. Apart from this, there is a special guest, who is close to Lyles and has been spotted training with him.
