Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has managed to prove that she is the queen who deserves a gold crown yet again. In her first race of the 2023 season, she stormed to an easy victory after leaving behind all her fellow sprinters. The Spitzen Leichtathletik meet in Luzern, Switzerland was her debut event of the season, and she lit the track on fire as she blazed through it, getting a time of under-11. Despite having some problems with her start, she was able to persevere through her high-speed performance.

This win comes as a comeback after a knee injury, which pushed the 10-time world champion out of the Kip Keino Classic in Kenya. The Olympic champion injured her knee during a training session as she was preparing for the Kip Keino. As a result of her knee getting hurt, she had to leave the competition and go to Italy to get special treatment. But now, seems like the track and field queen is back with a bang, and fans continue to cheer for ‘Mommy Rocket’.
