On the second day of the 2024 USTAF Indoor Championships, Nikki Hiltz showed off their 2024 dominance again and claimed first place with a time of 4:08.35, leading the pack consistently throughout the event. And last on the podium came Anna Camp-Bennett, who finished in third place, achieving a personal best with a time of 4:10.20.

As she sprinted toward victory, Hiltz expressed her elation and stated, “I told myself all day, ‘I’m going to have the fastest last 200, I’m going to have a really good last 200,’ and the more that I focused on executing that, the less nervous I got because all my focus could go towards that”

She further added, “Nerves happen, everyone gets nervous. The best in the world get nervous. I think it’s important that when they come, to accept them and greet them instead of being like, ‘No, don’t get nervous.’’
