Kim delivered a sensational performance in the Dew Tour competition on Sunday, showing everyone why she is the best in the world. After her official qualification to the competition, she took to Instagram in a heartfelt post.
“Time seriously does fly! I can’t believe it’s already been 4 years!! I am so excited to announce that I have officially secured my spot to represent @teamusa in the Beijing Olympics! Thank you all for the continuous love and support on this crazy journey! I can’t wait!”

The performance she showcased during the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics is worth admiration. She recorded a score of 93.75 in her first run that solidified her gold medal position. However, in the third run, she established herself as the best in the business, despite her young age. Her then performances elevated her to an incredible level. She talked about the excitement of that third run in the Winter Olympics in 2018.
“Going to my third run I knew I had the gold,” Kim said. “But I also knew I wouldn’t be satisfied taking the gold and knowing that I hadn’t put down my best. That third run was for me — to put down the best run I could do,” said Kim.
