Arguably the greatest snowboarder of all time, Shaun White is retiring after the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. With his qualification to the tournament in doubt initially, he finished on the podium in the last event in Laax. Hence, he is on his way to competing in his fifth Winter Olympics now. Winning a gold medal would be the ultimate goal for Shaun, as this will be his last appearance on the big stage.

After two decades of incredible success, White is now looking at life away from competing professionally. Although, regardless of his retirement plans, he is not moving away from snowboarding. He recently launched his own lifestyle brand and looks to take his company to greater heights.
