X Games Aspen 2023 initiated on 27th January 2023. It will be a thrilling three days of astounding players showing their miraculous skills in the snow. It is being broadcasted on ESPN and ABC; moreover, it can be watched for free on YouTube and Twitch as well. The Games have been extremely thrilling and exciting; however, the audience has given some negative feedback regarding the latest offerings by the X Games.

On the 28th, many events such as Jeep Women’s Snowboard Slopestyle, Monster Energy Men’s Snowboard Superpipe, etc. took place. But, when the audience watched the broadcast of these games, they weren’t very happy. When X Games dropped the whole Superpipe match on their official YouTube channel, people showed their despair in the comment section.

X Games left its fans unhappy with its visuals

Upgradation is the way to keep growing. In fact, if there is no upgradation, the world will see it as degradation. That’s how fast the world has become. Similarly, when the X Games lovers didn’t see any improved features or sorted graphics that they’d have enjoyed in the broadcasting, they got anguished.

Several people took it out on the YouTube comments of their uploaded video.

Most fans looked upset with the missing scoreline in front of the names on the leadership board. The unhappy fans wrote, “i’m sorry but who thought it was a good idea to not show the judges scores? Having it only show up the name kills the excitement and understanding of where the judges are at. Such a garbage change.” Whereas the other wrote, “Why are we not showing the score? It’s like watching an NBA game and not knowing the score.”

Another fan wrote, “Also bring back the scores for us at home. So we know what out favourite riders need to win.” Other than this, some other fans had issues with the degrading quality of the medals and wrote, “Medals each year gets cheaper and cheaper.” 

Meanwhile, some fans had a problem with the number of finalists who competed. As the comment questioned, “What’s with only 7 riders in the final. Needs to be 10 minimum.” Whereas, one of the fans had an issue with the unwanted sound they had to hear during the broadcast. He complained, “The bleed through from the crowd announcer is crazy annoying. You guys need a little soundproofing. Great competition though.”
