Rihanna is a star

Notably, Katharina lives by the slogan ‘Believe. Fly. Achieve’ which she later revealed has played an important part in her career. The term ‘Fly’ is a hit song from Rihanna and Nicki Minaj that was released 10 years ago, and it continues to resonate with most even today. The talented skier talked about the song, and how it motivated her to perform well in her competitions.

“I had this feeling of flying in my head. Yeah, it really worked out! I listen to music at the races, so I love to have often just the music, just one title for one race, and then I can really identify myself with this music on this place. And it’s really great,” said Liensberger.

Playing the harp is one of her other talents, as she revealed how it helps her to focus during her run in slalom. For Christmas, she took to Instagram to share a post where she played the harp beautifully.

“I’ve played it since I was about 10 years old. It’s just for myself and I really like it. It’s a good variation and helps me just to calm down,” said Liensberger.
