It’s impressive how Usain Bolt went about his business for nearly two decades without losing stride. As people love challenges, YouTuber Laurie Shaw undertook the challenge of becoming a world-class sprinter like the Jamaican sprinter.?

On his first attempt, he set 13.94 seconds in the 100-meters. Vowing to get it under 13 seconds in 30 days, Shaw took up the monumental challenge. But, it’s not a straightforward task. Under the tutelage of former world champion sprinter David Isackson, he was ready to go all in. The results were spellbinding.?

Admitting to being?“a bit of a beginner when it comes to sprinting,”?Shaw brought in Isackson to assist him through the course of workouts. He divided the training into two parts. The first month aimed at building leg strength and had drills like hill sprints. As the name suggests, it was daunting, and Shaw labeled it?“death sprints.”?They focused these sprints on helping an athlete to have an explosive start off the blocks. Running steep hills helps create a perfect body position for the athlete during sprinting events.?
