Resorting to his Instagram, the 2023 Worlds 100m gold medalist has captioned, “New Balance Grand Prix Feb 4th, 4pm NBC. Going for a 3 peat”. Back-to-back in 2022 and 2023, Lyles had secured the 60m gold in the same Indoor event. So, the latter part of his statement looked straight into the eye of his rivals, who are gearing up to contest in the same category. He paired a video with the caption, which gave a sneak peek at his training sessions, and that’s enough to keep his competitors pondering about making an entry or not.

Noah Lyles is a 5x Diamond League and the third fastest at the 200m world’s all-time list. Moreover, the 200m bronze medalist at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics has a greater goal to achieve at the Paris Olympics 2024.
