Among the responses, the 26-year-old track and field athlete shared her insights & recommended the brand Whoop. She credits her college track coach’s passion for WHOOP for instilling in her the importance of focusing on recovery and self-care. Additionally, according to Gabby, without her coach and the introduction of WHOOP, she might not have developed such a strong consciousness about taking care of herself.
