Griffin Colapinto, an American surfer, needs no introduction to the surfing community. Colapinto took first place in the 2017 Vans Triple Crown of Surfing. He not only made it into the World Surf League (WCT) that year, but he also won the Men’s Qualification Series that year. His achievements during his surfing adventure have elevated him to a position of prominence. Colapinto, on the other hand, has lately spoken about something that is really embarrassing for a surfer of his caliber.

Jamie O’Brien, a YouTube creator specializing in surfing, has released a podcast. Colapinto spoke on the podcast, and they discussed several topics, including his enormous contracts with QuikSilver and RedBull. However, Colapinto, who is presently ranked #5 in the world among male surfers, revealed an embarrassing behavior he had as a kid.

The surfer explains his weird childhood habit, saying, “When I was younger like I had this thing where when I like would start laughing like uncontrollably started laughing like it was almost like my bladder like shut off. Like I laughed so hard that I would pee my pants. And like as I’ve gotten older that’s like kind of gone away like sometimes if like I don’t know in the last time it was but sometimes if it’s like really freaking funny I’ll like have a little dribble come out.”

A funny story by the surfing sensation

After describing his childhood habit, the surfer related a narrative centering around it. He recalls how he and his cousins would often visit his grandparents and spend time together. Every once in a while, his elder cousin would call everyone together, and they’d all go to the garage to play a spooky game that included him narrating terrifying tales. The lights would go out, and his older cousin would start scaring the smaller ones off.

They all began running in circles around the two cars that were sitting in the center of the garage because they were spooked. Colapinto recollects bumping into his cousin sister at that time. He also laughs at the time he accidentally landed on her.
