In a recent incident, a man was knocked out cold after he tried to use some racial slur in a heated argument.

A man gets knocked out in MMA-Style

In the uploaded video, two individuals are seen fighting on the balcony of the first floor. One of them abuses the other, involving some racial slur. The one on the receiving end gets immediately agitated by the words and throws an MMA-style punch which lands brutally. The person gets knocked out cold within seconds.
