From the clip, it is evident that treading through these steep slopes has been a part of his daily commute. 

Throughout the video, the man sustains a confident and steady pace and is seen taking a leap, jumping over the gaps between two cliffs. The man who captured the dangerous feat followed him, recording the astounding display of fearlessness.
