Every once in a while, there is a craving of diving into the waters for a little fun. We all would have done that in our childhood visiting lakes. However, waters are always a dangerous place to be. One must always keep his guard on during a swim or even boating.

Recently a 9-year-old kid lost his life in a tragic swimming accident. He went swimming with his sister and some mishap led to serious consequences.

9-year-old Loses his life while swimming

Tragedy struck the serene shores of Lake Victoria, claiming the life of a young 9-year-old pupil from Busabala Primary School, Moses Kusasira. Residing in the Busabala-Kazi zone within Makindye-Ssabagabo, Moses met an untimely and heartbreaking end during a swimming activity. The incident also involved his 6-year-old sister, Joy Angel Namanya, who fortunately survived the ordeal, as reported by Galaxy FM Uganda.

The siblings had embarked on what should have been a playful swimming adventure, an innocent escapade that sadly turned fatal. As the two youngsters enjoyed the waters of Lake Victoria, the unexpected unfolded, leaving Moses in a perilous situation that eventually led to his drowning.
