The Terminator has been making buzz across social media platforms as he made a shocking revelation about one of his biggest flops, the 1993 movie “Last Action Hero.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger explained the reason behind the movie’s failure at the box office

In a recent candid interview, Schwarzenegger shared his thoughts about the results of the movie. Back in 1993, the Last Action Hero gave a disappointing performance in box office numbers upon its release. However, the actor expressed his belief that the movie was unfairly judged and blamed the outcome on what he described as a “political attack.”

According to Schwarzenegger, the movie’s release coincided with his campaigning which gave it a political angle. Schwarzenegger was campaigning in support of former President George H.W. Bush, who eventually lost as Bill Clinton won the elections. “It was slaughtered before anybody saw it,” Schwarzenegger revealed. “It was literally a political attack because I was campaigning for Bush, but Clinton won.”, he told the Hollywood reporter.
