With March quickly approaching, all 20 drivers will be hard at work getting back into shape. Racing in Formula One is obviously no easy task and drivers need to physically and mentally train themselves. So, in preparation for the 2019 season, Max Verstappen offered a sneak peek into his training routine.

The Dutchman tweeted a video montage of himself in the gym, working up a good sweat. He isn’t the only one as Renault driver Daniel Ricciardo often posts Instagram stories of himself neck-training. Training one’s neck is important for F1 drivers as it helps the neck withstand the G-Forces acting on it.

Whatever the case, none of the 20 drivers will play nice this season and all bets are off. But first, F1 fans from around the world will be looking forward to the launches, starting with Haas on Thursday.
