During the Q1 session of the Bahrain GP, there was a hairy moment between the Haas of Romain Grosjean and the McLaren of Lando Norris. Norris was just starting his flying lap when Grosjean’s black and gold machine came out of nowhere and baulked him.

What was actually surprising is that former F1 driver Martin Brundle noticed that Haas did not inform their drivers about traffic.

Brundle also revealed that he spoke to another team’s engineer on the way to Bahrain. He discovered that Haas don’t bother telling their driver’s about traffic at all.

In his words, “Haas doesn’t tell their drivers about traffic, they leave it up to them to look in the mirrors.”

Grosjean is currently under investigation for the incident and will likely cop a penalty.
